Illumen Group Inc. helps the Department of Labor (DOL) manage and track its telecommunications expenses and usage using the Telecommunications Expense Management System (TEMS). TEMS uses software application packages used to manage and track telecommunications expenses and usage and can be accessed through a web browser as a cloud solution.
