Department of Labor: Telecommunications Expenses Management Systems

Illumen helps the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) manage and track its telecommunications expenses and usage using the Telecommunications Expense Management System (TEMS). TEMS can be accessed through a web browser as a cloud solution and uses software application packages to carry out this task.  

Using TEMS, Illumen is able to assist the DOL in optimizing its telecommunications expenses and usage and ensuring compliance with telecommunications regulations and policies. This helps streamline the DOL’s operations for better telecommunications expense and usage management.
